I didn’t want to use a slow cooker, so I cooked the noodles till almost done. I cut out the tomato sauce and used one less egg for the ricotta filling. I used half a jar of marina sauce on bottom, put in noodles, the ricotta mixture, other half of jar, topped with the Parmesan and cheese. Baked at 350 until it smelled and looked good. I will definitely make this again.
