Super juicy and so good. The next time I make this, I plan to make double the marinade so I can really taste the flavor of both the meat and the marinade. Also, I recommend getting lamb cuts that are more flat for a more even sear. Would go great with a Greek salad and rice.
I did not marianate overnight, but I bet it would taste amazing, so I will also be trying that.
