The recipe is really good, it makes an easy high protein snack. would go GREAT with hummus !
If you do it I would make sure that the layers are really super thin. The best bits in my opinion are the crispy ones, the thicker pieces don't have that crunch.
Also the taste gets lost in the batter if you blend everything together. So, maybe blend half the seasoning and sprinkle the rest on top before putting it in the oven.
