← Replies in Arroz Con Pollo (Latin Rice and Chicken) Recipe

Halved the recipie. (1.5 c rice, 2 c water) Used dried cilantro and can of diced tomatoes. Added some frozen corn. The rice just never quite cooked properly. Not sure what I did wrong.
