So yummy! It took a whole afternoon to be able to enjoy (started after lunch, removed from the springform at 8pm), but it was worth it. This has a very strong almond flavor and has several different textures. It eats well from the fridge as leftovers, too!
The recipe calls for 1/3 of the frangipane be added to the almond crumble. With weighing all the ingredients, the frangipane is 510g, so 1/3 of that is 170g.
