tried this recipe not once and not twice before reviewing, hoping that at some point it will turn out somewhat okey. apparently not, it just doesn’t work. no matter what oven function i use, the tops of the caneles always form a burnt crust and the bottoms/ insides are just mushy batter.
although this is probably my own problem, like a technique issue, but every single time i had tried baking these caneles, they kept ‘escaping’ the molds.
