This turned out lovely! It made so much filling that we were able to stuff a total of 18 corn tortillas. Additionally we tried to stuff them minimally, however they all ended up breaking anyway. I think we took too long to stuff then so the tortillas were no longer soft. Additionally we were full with 2 tacos each so this made many more servings than expected!
