Boil about 250-300g pasta for 5 mins
Whilst boiling, use the glass tray thing
Two tins of tuna, open and mash up with a fork with pepper and splash of balsamic vinegar
Add a sprinkle of chilli flakes, bit of salt and some random herbs (usually just oregano)
Mix in some a decent portion veg (usually sweetcorn) and a tin of beans
Use the pasta sauce and pour over and mix, use a little of water to rinse out the jar
Mix the cooked pasta in with everything else. When draining the pasta keep a little of the pasta water (essentially drain with a little left at the bottom) to mix in
Mix all together. Cover and cook for about 20 mins. Mix and add a topping - grated cheese and breadcrumbs. Sometimes I add some Basil too.
Cook for 10 more mins covered then take the cover off for the last 5.
