I used 1.3kg of potatoes & 400g frozen beans (adjusting the seasoning accordingly). Also, I added a finely chopped onion as well.
Since there was a bit of discrepancy with cooking times in the reviews, I cooked (in a 200C preheated fan forced oven) the potatoes for 30 minutes, then added the beans, cooking for further 20 minutes
Turned out well. I would make it again.
