Added plain Greek yogurt instead. Used the broth I had on hand (mushroom and chicken). Added ground thyme, garlic salt and onion powder as well as a can of corn and a can of peas and carrots. Um, can I get a heck YUM?!? This recipe is a wonderful ‘base’ (though I’m sure it would be great as originally worn). Very versatile and will be using this often for other recipes (ie chicken and dumplings; or rice or Bulgar instead of pasta etc)
