Okay, so I was out of like half of the ingredients, so i adjusted a bit. Greek yogurt instead of apple butter, and for add ins, I did chia, white chocolate chips, pepitas, and fresh blueberries.
Honestly, turned out so good though! My LO was helping make them, and he ate every ingredient while we were combining it, but as per toddler rules, refused to eat the cookies afterwards. I ate like 3 though.
