One of my favorite Skinnytaste recipes. You may want to consider cooking the bacon first so you can use the yumminess from the bacon fat to flavor the rest of the ingredients. You can also use frozen chopped spinach instead of fresh as long as you thoroughly squeeze out the excess water. I’ll make these as weekly meal prep- low carb snack prep for the week. Great to grab a couple and heat up to ward off carb cravings.
