This is absolutely delicious. Sauted the onions, garlic and 2 cups of long grain rice then added to the instant pot, squeezed in a lemon and added 3 Cups of chicken broth. Cooked on high pressure for 3 minutes then did a natural release for 10 minutes, stirred, put the lid back on and let it stand for another 20 mins. Stirred in chopped dill…. Delicious!!!
