"Marinade the meat in 2 tbs butter with Montreal steak seasoning, ranch seasoning, salt( on the thin slices of meat and pepper) let this all Marinade as you prepare onion.. I used suggested sugar and a little extra if it caramelized too soon. Also add garlic to onions
