Made this with tri tip steak, so it took a lot more seasoning rub to coat the steaks. We modify it for more au jus for the sandwiches.
2.5 teaspoons of each seasoning except salt with 3 teaspoons. 8 cloves of garlic or so. This was enough to cover 2 lbs of the tri tip steaks. Left the steaks in the fridge overnight.
4 cups of beef broth for more au jus
