Worst bread I've made. For a start the ratios of water v flour must be way off as the dough was so runny I could only ladel it instead of folding it. Added abt double the flour in the end to make it semi stick together.
Secondly, the Rising in the fridge did nothing. In the morning I ditched following the method and put it to rise In a steam oven of which finely it doubled beautifully within an hour.
Cooking time of 18 mins was too long for my oven. And finally... it tasted ...well rather bland and yeasty.
Next time will just try my go to foccacia recipe and maybe try the fridge rising at a slightly warmer temperature.
