I halved the butter and cream amount, added nuoc mam. It definitely can scorch in the instant pot so you should put all the liquid on the bottom, maybe add a little bit more chicken broth and compensate with cream later. Honestly way better when cooked on stovetop but this is easy dump and cook method.
