Followed all instructions except didn’t punch down and refrigerate overnight. I baked in a hot cast iron Dutch oven for 25 mins then removed the lid and baked another 15 min until it started to burn on the top. Covered it with foil, shine side up, for two more minutes. This is a beautiful loaf of bread! Perfectly baked!
