I have made this twice. The first time I preheated the Dutch oven prior to baking and it was burnt on the bottom. The second time I did not preheat the Dutch oven and it baked beautifully. 25 mins with lid on and 25 mins lid off. I did cover with foil, shiny side up, after 20 mins.
Note - After the first rise I punched down and refrigerated over night. Delicious!
