If I am going to roll gooey ground meatballs between my hands, the recipe HAS to be good. This one is spot on...although, I do reduce the garlic in the meatballs. I have made it with all turkey meat, and it tastes fine. The key to not sticking is using a non-stick pan, low heat, and keep rollin'
