Which country loves cheese most? Apparently it's Croatia, based on the volume of cheese in this recipe 😂. I liked it, but it is a faff to make for baked pasta and cheese - I would prefer lasagna. It was my first time making fresh stretched pasta sheets, so that was a nice skill to learn.

It was an unbelievable amount of dairy, with the inclusion of sour cream, and milk too. I had to draw the line when it said sprinkle extra cheese on top before baking😱😱. Are you kidding, Croatia!
