Tastes great and way cheaper then store bought. My eggs are shelf stable so that was room temp but the rest I don't don't worry about it. Also, I added egg first then oil then the rest all at the same time. Used immersion blender covering egg yolk for 10seconds on the bottom then lifted up and down till fully blended. Only thing I'll do next time is double the recipe to make a full jar!
