I ignored pressure cooker just cooked on hob with lid for 15/20 mins.
Also don’t be worried about all the mushroom water when frying it’s used to flavour the stock. So don’t throw it away.
Used quark instead of sour cream to improve protein content and reduce fat but then had a spoonful of sour cream when serving
Feeds 6-8 people if u are having it with rice and salad it made ‘alot’ and I used 200g less mushrooms than recipe said to.
