← Replies in Cauliflower Risotto Recipe

Found the cauliflower taste a bit overpowering. It wasn't terrible but I couldn't convince myself it was a satisfying enough low carb substitute for risotto. Had it with some roast lamb and peas and they helped but not a fan of it solo.
