The cake itself was super moist and nice, but I would add more lemon juice next time. The lemon flavour wasn’t present as much as I wanted. As for the buttercream, it was awful awful awful. So grainy, too much sugar and not enough butter. The lemon juice in the buttercream made no difference whatsoever.
