Very tasty! Really hits the sweet spot. Next time, I won't toast the oats and almonds (or toast them less). I added about 3/4 cup almonds and 1/2 cup walnuts, some dried apple juice sweetened cranberries and that's it. I found it a little sweet, so I reduced the maple syrup to just under 1/4 cup. Also, they are a bit on the soft side with walnut butter, so I reduced that, but cashew butter is better. I cut them into 10 pieces. This is definitely a keeper!!! Update.... I never toast the oats and nuts anymore and have now made these multiple times. They never fail to please! EVER!
