I have made this recipe several times now. I initially subbed peanut butter instead of the tahini, and it was so good. I made it with tahini the second time and have gone back to using peanut butter because I just preferred it that way. I omit the sriracha entirely to keep it kid friendly and add it to my own plate separately once it's served. I dont think it matters too much, but I used a chickpea plant-based pasta every time I've made this, and it always comes out great. This is a family favorite for sure.
