OMG! This was DELICIOUS! I had to adjust based on my family but followed the sauce precisely.
I cooked the chicken, and once cooked about halfway, I added diced red peppers and carrots.
Made the noodles.
I assembled the noodles, chicken and veggies, sauce, green onions, and crushed peanuts based on the individual.
It's really, really good!
Note for myself: Try PB2 next time to reduce the fat and still get the peanut butter flavor.
