really yummy and easy. didn't use alcohol and i could have used a bit more coffee than i did. i kept it in the fridge but it was still a little liquidy, maybe sainsburys mascarpone is not the standout choice? either way, so good. i thought i'd have to freeze some of it but i ate it all LOL
