Super fresh and yummy! Made this with Marzano tomatoes and added pickled red onions on top of the regular red onions to the dish! Taking this to a Memorial Day weekend party! I used fresh corn on the cob and put two packages of those on the grill to get them nice and roasted for that sweet flavor. This is a summertime winner!
