Hello! So sorry it’s not been a success yet. What type of flour are you using? Is it bread flour? Is the yeast instant yeast or active dry yeast? The active dry yeast requires activation first where the instant yeast can be added in without that extra step. When did you open your packet or yeast (is it well within expiry?) - it will die over time!
