The blend of cheeses and the flavor profile of all the veggies in the beans was amazing. Definitely making these again. I did tweak it by blending the bean mixture into oblivion so it was a creamy bean paste: one kid doesn’t like onion chunks, and I didn’t like the chunky bean mixture.
