This was really delicious, but I made it a bit different than the recipe. Also, recipe says serving size is 6, but I'd probably use 1.5lbs of beef for that. This recipe fed 4. I followed the ingredients exactly, but changed how I cooked it. Baked my meatballs for about 20 minutes at 350°F, and then broiled them on each side until browned. Used some of the pan drippings in place of half of the butter to make the roux with the flour to make the sauce. Simmered sauce for about 15 minutes before it thickened up and added the meatballs for the last 5. I also seasoned the sauce with the same seasoning that went in the meatballs. Family loved it!
