I liked it but I struggled to make it taste good. The 2 cups of cheese wasn't enough to give it that sharp flavor. I should have added 3 or 4 cups at least. I added some parmasan, it helped. I had to put the soup in a food processor to chop down the broccoli heads. I should have left some of them chunky. I added a pinch more salt and way too much cornstarch to get it to thicken. I boiled it for a while to cook it down. Overall, everyone else enjoyed it. I'll try again.
