It looks like the picture!! Very sweet, but a lovely mango flavour. Nice with extra raspberries.
A few lessons learned: #1 I'm not sure if mine was extra sweet because I used Alphonso mango pulp. The can I used mentioned some sweeteners 🤔. 2# My cheesecake wasn't as cleanly set because I had only 2 leaves of gelatine, which wasn't quite the gram equivalent to the powder.
To enjoy over a longer period, I'll be freezing the leftovers in portions
