I don’t roast a chicken any other way now. The chickens I buy are about 1000g and take a solid 45 at 180°C to cook for internal temp to reach minimum of 165°F (74°C). I don’t bother flipping the chicken part way through because the air fryer efficiently cooks the chicken all the way around. This way the skin on the breast stays crispy as well. Highly recommend this method for roasting a chicken.
