Add another 15 mins cooking time at high pressure. Also, it's very thin so I added half a cup of brown onion soup made front half packet. It worked like a charm! Mixed it in once the pressure was released, set my pot to sautee for 5 mins then popped the lid back on and set it to keep warm for 2 hours until supper time. I added some Tabasco and fresh thyme along with a bay leaf and Worcester sauce and a splash of red wine. Would definitely make again with my tweaks.
