This is flat out delicious. Slap yo thigh delicious. The kind of delicious where even when it's making the little one's lips burn, (honestly, it's not that hot at all!) they'll still eat it between giant gulps of water. Normally I don't like skin on my chicken pieces in a stew, so I gave them a quick pre-fry to get some color on them, but it probably wasn't even necessary. Spectacular flavor profile, savory, slightly sweet and that uniquely Korean Gochujang full-rounded flavor. SOOOOO good! This one's going to be a keeper.
