I had blackberries from my last year's harvest in the freezer. I couldn't bear the thought of throwing them out, since the new harvest will be in soon. I made the blackberry barbecue sauce with them. It is delicious and I quadrupled the recipe to use up my berries. I am freezing a bunch of it to use on my summer cookouts. Delicious! A little spicy but not overly so
