On Monday I raided our leftovers to make M egg bakes for portable breakfasts for his early mornings to various work sites.
I could only make 11 because one pan square was flakey sketchy.

Basil, mushrooms & goat cheese.
Leftover charizo, peppers &red onion w/ shredded cheddar & Monterey Jack.
I had to taste test 3 of them.😋
