I got water-crest for the recipe instead of arugula because I don’t like arugula, but then I forgot to add it anyway 🤣 it was still good. The dressing was very mild, so my picky kids were happy about that…but all the toppings plus some course ground salt and pepper added the extra flavor I needed. I also used medium/large shells instead and really enjoyed that. Served it with garlic and honey glazed salmon for the meat eaters in my family.
