I didn’t follow directions much with the seasoning. I added steak seasoning and beef bullion. (I wasn’t trying to make it vegan, just had a lot of mushrooms to use up). But the base combo of mushrooms/onions/breadcrumbs/oatmeal/eggs was amazing! They weren’t crumbly or soggy. Definitely will make these again. And I might try oatmeal and eggs in black bean burgers too. Great binders that don’t add much flavor.
