For "Bread Pudding Method": preheat to 325 F and grease loaf pan with butter. Cube bread and put in pan with raisins or craisins. Mix remaining ingredients and pour on top of bread. Bake for 30 min, turning halfway, or until knife inserted comes out clean (or at least has cooked custard on it. No runny substances!) Drizzle with honey and enjoy for breakfast or brunch :)
