I don't have just turmeric, but I always have curry powder, so I subbed that. And the dressing was so great, that I'll probably use that alone all the time for salads.
This recipe is definitely perfect for meal prep, as I could have made 4-6 servings out of this easy, but I was hungry lol. (This plate was only 800 calories though, so perfect for fasting)
