I've made this at least 6ish times a year for the past 7 years, and it slaps every single time. It holds well and it's such a great way to use bananas that are so far gone that it's scary (lol). Which btw, I see some dry versions of this recipe which is bizarre as every time I've made it, it comes out extremely moist. You gotta make sure the bananas are extremely far gone for the best banana bread possible. (Pic is my most recent banana bread, makes about 13 healthy slices)
