← Replies in Hassleback Potatoes in the Air Fryer Recipe

It was good, but I felt like the flavor was not there. Not sure if the airfryer heats it so much that it burns away the garlic & seasoning.

Yep, I like to double flavors, as I find most recipes are mildly seasoned in my estimation for the public, but I add. I looked up air frying potatoes and it could be it was too high of heat, like you said. I would blanch and slice.
