Made this last night and it was great. The salsa was especially refreshing but think it would have been better with half the onion the recipe calls for (1/4 onion vs. 1/2 onion). A little goes a long way and felt the recipe amount was overpowering the other flavors. Will definitely make this dish again with that minor adjustment.
