I followed the idea but not the real details:
Rao's marinara
Only coated the bottom of the pan and salted to draw out the water. Dried but I didn't add more oil.
Used Monterey jack shredded cheese and Kraft Parmesan.
Used turkey tenderloin. Preferred this over chicken breast.
Breaded the turkey tenderloin in Parmesan, Italian seasoning,and whipped egg coated.
Served with panzella salad.
