This was yum yum in the tum tum. I picked this at random hoping for the best - and was fully rewarded with a lip smackingly richly flavorful spicy stew that was just nicely rounded off with a hint of soothing coconut. But the undeniable star of this dish is the addition of the mustard seeds. Wow. What a spectacular almost "pop-rock" mini explosion of extra flavor and texture to elevate this to "this dish is going to be made when GUESTS come!" levels. Make this.
Oh, and mopping this up with butter roti has the power to make your eyes roll right around the sockets with delight.
