1. For a lighter version, you can substitute half of the mayonnaise with Greek yoghurt.
2. Feel free to add a slice of cheese (cheddar or Swiss work well) before toasting for extra indulgence.
3. The chicken mixture can be made ahead and stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Add the avocado just before serving to prevent browning.
4. If you prefer a bit of heat, add a pinch of cayenne pepper or a dash of hot sauce to the mayo mixture.
