So easy to make, even for a beginner, like me! I had my loaves in for 31 minutes but had to to put them back in the oven for 5 more minutes as she suggests in the post to brown it up a little more. After cutting it, I feel that it could be left in for even a little longer than that without being over baked. The flavor was still delicious! I took her suggestion and sliced up the other loaf and put in a freezer bag to save for later in the week.
